There are several ways to experience Transformational Breath®:
Held regularly all over the country, these typically last 2 to 3 hours. They include a talk and demonstration of the technique and a group breathing session lasting from 20 minutes to one hour.

1 to 1 sessions
1 to 1 sessions are offered all over the country by Certified Transformational Breath® Facilitators. Typically it will last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. Your first session will include a few questions regarding your medical history and personal circumstances, an explanation of the technique and a look at your normal breath pattern. This is followed by a breath session usually lasting between 45 minutes and one hour where the facilitator will invite you to focus on what you would like to gain from the session. This could be learning to improve your breathing, letting go of unwanted emotions or simply to feel calmer.
Other workshops lasting anything from half a day to two days are held regularly around the country. Many of these welcome beginners. Some workshops combine Transformational Breath® with other complementary techniques including voice and sound work, yoga, 5 Rhythms dancing and shamanic journeying. The two-day internationally approved Reclaim Your Breath™ is also offered by trainers in the UK. With four Transformational Breath® sessions, it is suitable for complete beginners who like to immerse themselves in a new learning experience, while also providing an opportunity to go deeper into exploring the modality and our own breath patterns.
