Transformational Breath® is a powerful breathing technique which allows us to dissolve the blocks that stand between us and our innate joy. We are all born with an open, flowing breath but as life progresses, our breathing increasingly shuts down until we are only using a small part of our respiratory system. Many of us are, in fact, chronic shallow breathers.

By breathing into the closed areas of our breath, we release old physical, emotional and mental traumas that we have been holding onto. Our breath becomes more open and flowing, allowing more ease, energy and joy to enter our lives.

In this workshop we will be learning about our own unique breathing pattern which reflects what’s going on in our lives, learning how to change the way we breathe, and thus change the way we live. We will be experiencing a powerful Transformational Breath® session which will involve one hour of conscious connected breathing.
