For those who have already experienced Transformational Breath

Are you struggling to maintain your Transformational Breath practise at home, finding it hard to find the time or just want to breath as a group in a supported environment? Then this class will be for you!

It’s easy to forget the wonders of the breath unless you practice. Join us in a safe and nurturing environment, connect with friends of Transformational Breath, and enjoy a group facilitated session.

Please note – My monthly breathing circle is a regular class for those who have already experienced Transformational Breath.

All the workshops are limited in spaces, so book early to avoid disappointment!

And remember:
Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours prior to the event.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Bring a bottle of water a pillow & blanket. Mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own as well for additional comfort.
