Breathing in August

Open to experienced breathers and those new to Transformational Breath and including a sound bath - relax, breathe and float away...

On Saturday 17th August there will be a day workshop for learning about Transformational Breath®, breathing in two full length breath sessions and finishing with a relaxing and ethereal sound bath! A light lunch will be provided and if the sun shines we can picnic on the lawn of the peaceful Selly Oak Quaker Meeting House garden. It starts at 10.30 am and finishes at 4.30 pm. Open to those who are new to the modality and to seasoned breathers. The address is 930 Selly Oak Quaker Meeting House, Bristol Road, Birmingham B29 6NB. Booking is essential so please get in touch. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillows if you are travelling by car – there will be some spares if not. Join us, breathe and float away…
