Go deeper into the modality and discover the joy in your breath. Learn more about Transformational Breath. This workshop is designed for those who are relatively new to the modality. You may have attended an online introduction or something in person but only once and perhaps before all the lockdowns happened!

We will revisit the basic principles and the three levels of Transformational Breath and then delve deeper into intention setting and how we harness our positive imaginations for well-being. There will be a chance to experience a longer breathe where you can focus on what you want but still in the safety of your own home.
