An Online Breathwork Circle held within a friendly & supportive community where you can breathe from the comfort of your own bed.

Join me, Brenna, of Arise Breathwork for a monthly online breath circle where you’ll be guided through a transformative and deeply healing conscious connected breathwork journey—all from the comfort of your own home!

We’ll meet on Zoom, where you’ll breathe alongside a friendly and supportive community, letting go of any stress and tension while reconnecting with yourself on a deeper level.

What to Expect

✨ New to online breathwork with me? Join at 8:00pm to hear all the instructions first.
Regular? Feel free to hop on at 8:15pm.

1️⃣ Intro & Demo – we’ll start with a brief introduction where I’ll explain the benefits of breathwork and walk you through the technique.

2️⃣ The Journey Begins – get super cosy on your mat or bed, pop in your headphones, and let me guide you through a powerful 30-minute breathwork session—with sound, movement, and positive affirmations to deepen the experience.

3️⃣ Integration & Relaxation – sink into 5–10 minutes of deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to absorb the shifts.

4️⃣ Closing & Sharing – we’ll return together for an optional sharing session, or you can simply log off and glide into sleep!

No experience needed—just an open mind, open heart and a willingness to breathe!

How to Prepare

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals beforehand.
  • Wear loose, comfy clothing (nothing tight around the waist!).
  • Set up a quiet, cosy space where you won’t be disturbed – a bed or yoga mat with pillows & blanket is perfect!
  • Use headphones or a speaker for a more immersive experience.
  • Have water, tissues, a journal, and pen handy.
  • Light a candle or grab a crystal if you’d like to enhance your experience.

Important: You must have your camera on during the session and complete the online form (sent in your email confirmation) before joining.

Who Can Join?

This breath circle is open to anyone over 18 (younger participants, please email me first). It’s great for all levels of breathwork experince, whether you’re a total beginner or a regular!

⚠️ Please check with your doctor first if you have:

  • Any pre-existing heart conditions
  • Epilepsy or history of seizures
  • High/low blood pressure with a history of fainting
  • Pregnancy (not recommended in the first trimester)
  • Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or personality disorders
  • Untreated/severe PTSD
  • Pre-existing lung disease
  • Recent major surgery
  • History of stroke
  • Glaucoma/detached retina
  • Asthma (please have your inhaler nearby)
