Jessica Kanerva
Despite science today showing our breath having direct impacts on our health and wellbeing, the power of our breath is often dismissed and neglected. By learning how to breath consciously, in a way that supports health on all levels, we can help access the full potential of our respiratory system, which supports better physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. How we breathe, is often a reflection of how we live and show up in this world, and I fully believe that we all have the power to change our lives for the better by positively changing how we breathe.

"This is deep and profound work Jess offers, with the most gentle and safe holding space. She moves emotions through the body in a way that talking and thinking never will. If the only way is through, then this is how to do just that."
