Join Brenna, founder of Arise Breathwork, for a special journey of deep connection, intention and transformation under the energy of the new moon in Taurus.
We’ll gather on Sat 26th April in cosy Seven Sisters Sanctuary, an intimate (max. 9 people) and peaceful space in north London, to explore the power of Transformational Breath®, a conscious connected breathing technique that blends sound, movement, affirmations and hands-on acupressure to help release tension, open your breath and reconnect to your inner self.
This is a beautiful, deep, and sometimes even mystical practice. Known as ‘therapy without talking’, it can gently guide you into altered states of consciousness and leave you feeling grounded, energised, and more in tune with yourself and the world around you.

This two-hour journey is designed to be healing, expansive, and even fun too! No breathwork experience needed – just bring yourself, an open heart and an open mind.
✨ Opening Circle – a short intention-setting circle, perfect around the time of the new moon (optional)
✨ Shake It Out – Gentle movement and vibey tunes to free up your breath
✨ Breathwork Journey – Get cosy on your mat as you’re guided through a powerful breathwork session incorporating acupressure, sound, movement, and positive affirmations
✨ Deep Relaxation – Sink into blissful stillness to integrate your experience
✨ Closing Reflection – Optional sharing and connection with your fellow breathers

A few things to note:
💫 Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals beforehand.
💫 Wear loose, comfy clothing (nothing tight around the waist!).
💫 Bring a water bottle and journal for post-session reflections
💫 Feel free to bring a crystal, photo or any item that enhances your experience
💫 Mats, pillows, blankets and bolsters are provided
💫 Don’t arrange anything for straight afterwards as you’ll need time for integration
Who can join?
This workshop is open to anyone over 18 (younger participants, please email me first). It’s great for all levels of breathwork experience, whether you’re a total beginner or a regular.
Please consult your doctor if you have any of the following:
- Any pre-existing heart conditions
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- High/low blood pressure with history of fainting
- Pregnancy (not recommended in the first trimester)
- Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis or personality disorder
- Untreated or severe PTSD
- Pre-existing lung disease
- Recent major surgery
- History of stroke
- Glaucoma/detached retina
- Asthma (please bring your inhaler)
