Tickets: Limited £133 earlybird/ £155 regular – book early to avoid disappointment!
How to prepare
- Eat a light breakfast beforehand and ideally avoid caffeine (2 hours before)
- Wear loose, comfy clothing (nothing tight around the waist!)
- Bring a water bottle and a journal for post-session reflections
- Dress warmly for sitting outside around the fire.
- Feel free to bring a special crystal, photo or any item that enhances your experience.
- Mats, bolsters, pillows, and blankets are provided.
- Don’t arrange anything for straight afterwards as you’ll need time for integration

This session is open to anyone 18+ (younger attendees, please email first). Whether you’re a total beginner or a breathwork regular, you’re welcome here.
Medical considerations:

- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- High/low blood pressure with history of fainting
- Pregnancy (not recommended in the first trimester)
- Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis or personality disorder

- Recent major surgery
- History of stroke
- Glaucoma/detached retina
- Asthma (please bring your inhaler)
