Western researchers have discovered that altering the breath pattern can alter mental and emotional states. It appears that we can consciously change our chemistry, outlook and attitude by changing the flow, depth and rhythm of our breathing.

Transformational Breath is a simple process that uses a full circular breathing pattern to activate the body’s most natural response. Constricted breathing patterns are opened, the body is super-oxygenated and “emotional baggage” is cleared.

This seminar, set against the beautiful, idyllic backdrop of Mauritius, is open to both beginners and experienced breathers alike. The aim of this powerfully liberating programme is to help you become your own facilitator. It is also the first step towards professional certification.
